Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Good computer & internet sourcing knowledge is a must
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• With capability to handle customers independently
• Self-motivated, hard-working and willing to work overtime
• Travel to overseas countries may required
