Responsibilities:

Factory:

• Coordinate with team and monitor the monthly factory allocation details.to ensure factories provide sufficient and accurate Inventory information.  
• Negotiate with factory for any price discount if necessary

Product Development:

• Review with team and coordinate with designers for the entire Design stage through engineering to production.

Production Follow-up:

• Monitor the team for the production follow-up and review Production samples with team and give alerts/suggestions to buyer with problem found.
• Follow up order till shipments and ensure goods being ship o time.

Quality Management:

• Work closely with Quality team & update the supplier status & Quality performance.
• Negotiate with factory if any air shipment due to quality problem.
• Co-ordinate with QA team to ensure no shipment can be released with failed test. Execute special projects assigned by Company.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years solid merchandising experience in Swim, google / mask / snorkel / swim fins.
• Capability to work independent with vendors from the design stage to production
• Experience to handle US market preferrable
• Highly Responsible, Strong Interpersonal skills, Self – motivated to meet all the work in deadline.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
• Good Knowledge in MS Office, such as MS outlook, words, excel, Power Point, Chinese word processing.
