Job Description

• Report to Risk Control Manager in rising compliance awareness; advice and support the business in transactions and compliance issues to ensure that both global and local compliance policies, standards and requirements are fully adhered to.
• Develop validate and maintain credit risk rating models for retail and corporate and implement portfolio credit risk strategies.
• Conduct credit reviews in evaluation and analysis of all existing and potential clients.
• Monitor risks on a daily basis of account receivable and credit exposure with prompt reporting and appropriate action to deal with irregularities.
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements; and providing legal advice on a wide spectrum of day-to-day issues.
• Monitor and manage renewal of contracts and agreements of the company.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Statistics and Risk Management.
• At least 3 years experience on credit analysis with strong report writing and data analysis skills. Compliance experience in Oil Industry preferred.
• Strong business and commercial sense, excellent capability to work with all level of team members of different business units.
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge in using Excel, Chinese input, power point & other statistical tools for quantitative analysis of credit data.
• Independent and mature with good presentation and communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Risk Management Officer.)
