Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Develop, roll out and manage an annual regional SFDC and PG training plan using a range of training material such as face to face sessions, virtual sessions, online material, hand outs and webinars, to ensure that all countries are using the systems in an effective and efficient manner.

• Work with the Country operations, function and streams in APAC to understand the business needs, and articulate these into system requirements that can be passed onto the business systems development team.

• Develop and maintain training program for PG & SFDC users in the region

• Develop and maintain SFDC dashboard reports to support APAC regional business requirements and KPIs as required.

• Identify, train and development super users in key APAC countries

• Understand internal benchmark tool and operational KPI’s to ensure systems are being fully utilized

• Provide on-site training and support when there are new office openings or acquisitions

• Ensure all countries are providing systems training as part of the induction process for new employees. Provide training where required or local super user not available.

• Maintain training log of a minimum of 3 APAC qualified and approved trainers/super users to ensure backup support training within the APAC region as needed.

• Organize user acceptance training and maintain bug list, future requested feature list, etc.

Qualification:

• Proven extensive experience using SFDC and business operating systems required

• Ability to engage, train and develop employees in systems utilisation essential

• Business analysis experience essential

• Experience of SFDC system administration (required for building & maintain SDFD dashboard reports)

• Proven experience of training others and implementing best practise through others

• Project management experience in multiple countries would be advantageous

• Business language English, Mandarin and Cantonese required

• Confident and effective communicator

• Results orientated with a record to prove it and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service behaviours

• Can do attitude and strong team player able to work with various teams across a regional and global network
