Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Department

• Update and maintain contracts filing system

• Update and maintain trademark portfolio, attend to registration, renewal and infringement issues globally

• Assist in the registration of products worldwide

• Draft simple letters and legal documents

• Carry out assigned ad-hoc projects and tasks from time to time

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• Diploma, Degree or above in related discipline

• 1 year or above relevant experience gained in law firm or in-house legal department

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience would be considered as Legal Assistant

• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Organized, accurate and show good attention to details

• Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Work well under pressure

• Good communication skills with a discreet, polite and helpful attitude
