Our client is now seeking an experienced candidate in Legal Sector to join in. Base in Hong Kong. Directly reporting to CFO in group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To draft, review and negotiate all commercial contracts, including but not limited to Licensing, Tenancy Agreement, Construction contract, Employment contract, Licenses, etc.
• To monitor and deal with external legal advisers
• Assisting with any disputes or litigation cases
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in Legal Studies, preferably with in-house experience
• At least 5 years work experience in Legal Sector
• Able to work independently, with good analytical skill and commercial sense for balancing all parties interested
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
