Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Certificate holder of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A or above)
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in property or facilities maintenance with 3 years at supervisory level
• Monitor daily R&M, renovation and fitting-out works etc
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications
• A self starter with strong leadership/communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD application is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English
