The Role:

• Ensure operations and transactions are complied with company policies and procedures in the areas of transport, security, insurance and property management
• Manage and monitor the work flow platform and IT related management systems
• Liaise with business units and external parties
• Prepare management reports
• Station in Hong Kong with travels to PRC according to the business need

The Person:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 5 years' working experience in corporate administration with 1-2 years at supervisory level
• Good command of written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Strong financial, analytical and presentation skills
• Good understanding on the energy business is an advantage
