Job Responsibilities

1. Managing and supervising all the property management related matters included repair and maintenance and renovation projects;
2. Supervise and monitor technician and outside contractors’ performance;
3. Monitor the performance of cleaning, moving, security, landscape, pest control and other services, etc.;
4. Handle emergency cases;
5. Produce regular management reports and assist in the development and maintenance of managing system including policies and procedures;
6. Provide building facility maintenance and tendering;

Job Requirements

1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial / security industry / facility services;
2. High Diploma in Facilities / Property / Housing / Estate Management / Building Services or related disciplines plus at least three year’s relevant customer services experience;
3. Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills;
4. Flexible and fast responsible to various instruction;
5. Good computer skills;
6. Speak and write English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
