Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct the business development activities and to lead and motivate the sales team to attain sales performance targets to achieve the Company’s wholesale & distribution business directions;
• Identify new business opportunities by sourcing new products / channels / markets and develop a preferred supplier base as well as to conduct supplier evaluation for potential suppliers or business partners;
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive intelligence, prospect needs and future expansion ideas in local & PRC markets;
• Monitor key account’s business performance and develop effective sales strategies to grow revenue;
• Manage the daily operations of the local wholesale & distribution business.

Position Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality / Business / Marketing Management;
• Strong business development & management experience in Food & Beverage, or catering industry, with specialize knowledge in wine;
• Team player with good leadership and communication skills;
• Strategic, result driven with strong business and market mindset, with international exposure a definite asset;
• Cost conscious and goal orientated with excellent negotiation skills;
• To give support and take responsibility for future growth;
• Proficiency in spoken & written English / Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Be able to work and station in Macao.
