CRD - Counter Department

Job duties:

• Handle customers' inquiries by phone, email and walkin
• Provide full range of travel consultancy services to customer
• Promote our travel products to customers
• Able to work on Sundays and Public Holidays

Location :

• Mong Kok, Central, Causeway Bay, Tuen Mun, Tsuen Wan, Kwun Tong

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in travel industry
• Associate Degree / Diploma or above in Tourism will be an advantage
• Knowledge of ticketing and GDS
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of MS office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and responsible

Remuneration:         

Basic salary $15,000 + commission, attendance award, 12 days annual leave, medical care, discounted travel

(Candidates with 1 year experience will be considered as Travel Consultant)
