Responsibilities:

• Assist to lead, motivate and coach CS team, ensure CS team strictly follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards.
• Provide outstanding support to clients, ensuring inquiries are well responded with a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor, review and improve service quality of CS team, and maintain good team spirit
• Handle ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned
• Shift duty is required
• Handle inbound call only, cold calling is not required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 3-5 years of work experience in customer service with 3 year of supervisory experience
• Demonstrate problem solving & analytical skills
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English & Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less work experience will be considered as Customer Service Representative
