Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-       Following up customers enquiries and orders
-       Responsible for quotation, order follow up and shipment delivery
-       Prepare and create marketing materials for online media
-       Enhance & improve work process
-       Provide general clerical & admin support to the team
-       Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

-       Diploma holder or above
-       Pleasant, customer oriented and willing to learn
-       Team work spirit and good communication skills
-       Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
-       Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
-       Music lover will be an advantage
-       Immediately available is preferred
