Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling all administrative works and documentary control
- Preparing reports, forms, letters and quotations etc.
- Updating computer record for maintenance clients and contracts
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing team members for following up all ongoing projects and reports
- Performing other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- One year of relevant experience in administrationfield and/or sales support
- With good PC skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Advantage will be given to skillful applicants with in PowerPoint. Applicant may be requested to demonstrate his/her competency in PowerPoint by showing his/her past work as example.
- Experience in CRM system
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferable
- Occasion travelling to our offices in China may required
