Responsibilities:

• Handling all administrative works and documentary control
• Preparing reports, forms, letters and quotations etc.
• Updating computer record for maintenance clients and contracts
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing team members for following up all ongoing projects and reports
• Performing other duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• One year of relevant experience in administrationfield and/or sales support 
• With good PC skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Advantage will be given to skillful applicants with in PowerPoint. Applicant may be requested to demonstrate his/her competency in PowerPoint by showing his/her past work as example.
• Experience in CRM system
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
• Occasion travelling to our offices in China may required
