Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer issues and questions
  • Provide quality customer service including providing customers with appropriate solutions and alternatives via live chat and emails
  • Track customer questions/issues following ticketing procedures
  • Shift duty is required

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including a good command of English (both oral and in writing) 
  • Good understanding of Information Systems
  • Ability to take initiative and be customer service-oriented
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

We are looking for Customer Service Executives to be located in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for providing front line support for our global customer base, responding to technical and non-technical questions, comments, and requests.
