Job Description

  • Develop new business opportunities in HK, SG and China
  • Pilote the project once the deal is closed
  • Manage and grow a team of business developers

The Company 

A leading platform who links big corporations with innovators across the world.
After less than a year in Hong Kong the business has been very successful and the CEO opened 10 new accounts.
The size of the team in HK is about to double before the end of this year.

The Role
 
  • Be the go to person for Business Development in the company
  • Hunt for new contacts and leads across Singapore, Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Develop the existing contacts' database and nurture it with new contacts
  • Arrange meetings with CEOs and C-Level contacts within large corporations 
  • Negotiate and sign deals 
  • Be responsible for piloting the project once the deal is signed and work closely with cross functional teams for the execution of projects 
  • Create sales support materials and organize workshops 

Your profile

  • You are a result driven hunter with 2+ years experience 
  • You like building relationships at C Level and have a good understanding of the tech and digital innovation ecosystem in Asia 
  • You have a track record of closing deals and managing the entire sales process 
  • You have an entrepreneurial mind-set, you are proactive and ambitious 
  • You always try to go the extra mile and do not take "no" for an answer
  • You are passionate, you want to learn and grow with the business 
  • You want to be challenged
  • You like working in a start-up environment, wearing many hats and  would like to lead a team
  • You are an English speaker and you can ideally speak Cantonese or/and Mandarin
