Deliver professional member service by answering incoming phone calls / via email / social apps and providing necessary assistance to members

Maintain good and long-term relationships with existing members, identify their needs to drive sales

Help build new business, following up on sales leads and face to face meetings with walk-in customers
- Introduce company’s background, products and business opportunities to members

Support sales and marketing activities such as workshops, seminars and trainings

Process local and overseas orders

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Office administrative works
Requirements:
-
HKDSE / Diploma or above with 1- 2 years experience.

Excellent problem solving, communications and presentation skills
-
Cheerful, pleasant and customer-oriented with good manner

Proficiency in MS office application

Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
