This position is responsible for the overall coordination and quality monitoring of sponsorship operations and liaison with Support Offices.  Overall and integrated knowledge in sponsorship standards, requirements and roles of different parties are necessary. 

 Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate major sponsorship operations within Partnership Standards
• Maintain communications between sponsors and sponsored children positively as per Partnership Standards 
• Monitor and control the quality of sponsorship operations from filed offices as per guidelines and procedures 
• Prepare and conduct support and training at all levels to maintain key performance indicators
• Consolidate registered child and sponsorship reports as per schedule
• Develop business processes, tools and systems to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service operations at different levels 
• Conduct regular meeting and training sessions to facilitate experience sharing across field offices
• Conduct training and coaching 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in BA, Public Admin or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in customer services, public administration, administration in social services or related aspects
• Strong communication, facilitation and liaisons skills
• Self-motivated, good time management and organization skills
• Understand the working culture of rural China
• Good written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
• Computer literacy such as MS Word, EXCEL, ACCESS etc
