Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the Customer Service Team

• Maintaining relationship with existing customers

• Analyzing sales trend to implement new strategies

• Managing customer-related promotions and events

•  Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer service manner

Requirements:

•  Diploma in any subject or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of working experience

• Proficient in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing

• Knowledge of Japanese Anime is an advantage

• Excellent in both written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese

• Self-motivated, proactive with strong communication skill

• Immediate available is highly prioritized

Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00
