Responsibilities:

• Assist to handle all internal and external correspondences in relation to projects status, customers’ enquiries and suppliers’ products information independently
• Assist to liaison with various internal departments to support business operation
• Assist to develop and maintain good business relationship with suppliers and external business partners
• Responsible for products branding and assist in marketing activities
• Provide administrative support to the Project Sales team including quotations and product specifications preparation, after sales management and contract management, etc.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Marketing, English or Translation Degree or relevant discipline is preferred
• Energetic with passion starting a career in building material industry
• Outgoing with good initiative, interpersonal skills, hardworking and independent
• Self-motivated, well organized with detail minded.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
