Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales orders as assigned

- Provide excellent customer service, maintain customer relations and order follow up

- To maintain customers database, sales reports and perform other administration duties as required by team

- Prepare sales presentation and review all sales materials including brochures, fact sheet, leaflets, flyers, etc;

- Support Sales Manager to reach sales & business development needs

Requirements:

- Form 7 graduate or above with at least 3 years relative experience in customer services / sales administration field

- Preferred working experience in retail/trading/distribution industry but not compulsory

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Word / PowerPoint and excellent in Excel

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Patient, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently

- Quality oriented, detail-minded and flexible interpersonal skill

- Immediate available is highly preferred
