Responsibilities:

• Perform customer complaint handling, root cause investigation and report preparation
• Perform food safety and hygiene inspection and monitor in production floor to ensure the operation complies with all statutory requirements and in-house hygiene standard.
• Follow up and improve the quality and hygiene management system
• Conduct routine sampling based on the sampling plan
• Responsible for pest control treatment arrangement
• Provide hygiene training to production
• Assist in other projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in food industry
• Knowledge of GMP & ISO 9001 would be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Travel occasionally

Candidate with less experience could be considered as Senior QA Technician.
