• Form 5 or above, with 2 years experience in operational work
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills gained from experience of dealing with internal teammates.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally, assertively and tactfully
• Proficiency in MS office/good level of IT skills and Chinese word processing and good numeracy skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and work under pressure.
