Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of inventory planning teams
• Responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations and logistics costs control
• Develop and implement demand & supply chain planning strategies
• Formulate and monitor departmental strategies, objectives and KPIs, as well as the performance of logistics contractors
• Work closely with the buying team in inventory reconciliation, stock allocation/level and aging stock
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or business related discipline
• Min 8 years’ supply chain/logistics/warehouse management experience in Retail/FMCG sectors, with at least 3 years in managerial level
• Preferably with hands on experience in stock replenishment, forecast and demand planning
• Solid experience in leading sizable teams 
• Must have practical experience in managing in-house warehouse
• A strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and adopt a hands-on approach
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Good business acumen and sensitive to numbers
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast pace environment
