Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Job allocation of each team
- Review and provide recommendations to enhance operations efficiency, inventory accuracy, cost saving and security control.
- Assist the manager in developing the section and doing ad hoc projects.
- Monitor the physical in / out of stock to ensure stock accuracy.
- Work with CS supervisor to conduct cycle counts and stock takes
- Provide training to junior teammates
- Handle customers’ complaints – to assist the CS colleagues to investigate and propose follow-up actions when irregularities found
- Participate in operation review meetings with customers
- Work location: Tuen Mun
Who we are looking for
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- At least 5 years relevant logistics & warehouse working experience and supervision experience
- Good knowledge of PC in Ms Office
- Preferable with Forklift Licence, but not a must
- Work under pressure to reach deadline
- Immediately available would be an advantage
- Shift duty is required (with Shift Allowance)
- Normal Shift: 9 am to 6 pm or
- Noon Shift: 1 pm to 10 pm
