Position 1 – Master contracts validation

• Form 6 standard or above with 2-3 years working experience related to Logistics or
• Merchandising g field
• Responsible for master contract and documents validation, shipment follow up
• Good communication with suppliers and counterpart in U.S.
• Provide clerical support on data entry and logistics reports

Position 2 – Mainly handle sample dispatch

• Form 5 or above with knowledge in handling shipping document
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages to U.S. and China
• Handle Import / Export declaration through Tradelink EDI system
• Provide clerical support on data entry, filing and reports
  

Other Requirements:

• Detail-oriented, well organized, willing to work under tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available to be preferable
