Qualification Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders of relevant disciplines preferably with min 2-3 years of experience or with relevant proven experience;
• Able to communicate in good written & spoken English & Putonghua;
• Be conversant with all such common applications of software as MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc. 

Major Job Duties:

To assist our Procurement Team:                            

• To liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies for shipment and transportation arrangements, including quotation requisition and price negotiation;
• In preparing the Procurement & Shipping Plans & coordinating & monitoring shipping progress with regional & site offices
• Report to and perform ad hoc duties as directed by immediate supervisor
