Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the company
• Assist in contracts, invoices and documents preparation and alteration
• Responsible for simple warehouse operation  
• Occasional outdoor duties required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 2 years working experiences in service/ logistics/advertising industry is preferred;
• Detail-minded, well-organized, willing to learn, responsible and self-motivated;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Word Processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
