Department: Warehousing and Distribution

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and business development managers to understand customer business requirements.
• Directly involve in operation to create more productive, cost-effective and profitable operation solutions.
• Use appropriate software tools to develop, model, evaluate and select appropriate solution options.
• Use statistical analyses and strategies to work with managers to devise the most effective solution and aid them in implementation.
• Report collations, exceptions and variance analysis for KPIs.
• Work closely with all parties in warehouse on data collection and analysis for decision making and business insights.
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in statistics, logistics or supply chain management preferable.
• 5 years' relevant working experience of logistics with knowledge of operational and modelling systems.
• Detail minded and attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good English language skills (both oral and written), proficiency in Chinese typing.
• Computer literacy, well versed in statistical software and MS Office, especially Excel.
