Responsibilities:

Handle full set export shipping documentation.

Familiar with L/C application & handle of export license & declaration

Co-ordinate with warehouses & factories & fowarder for pickup & delivery

Handle inventory management & documentation filing

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor  

Assure documents & services provided do meet customers' requirements

Requirements:

Form 5 or above

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Good communication skill, well-organized, efficient and attentive to details

Responsible, accountable, initiative and able to work under pressure

Familiar with MS Office applications including Word & Excel

Experience in electronic components distribution industry and China trade is an advantage

Able to speak Putonghua is an advantage
