An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum eight years’ working experiences in internal and / or financial audit
• Formal auditor training and experiences are required

Duties include:

• In-charge and conduct business process audits and self-assessment audits
• Ensure audit programme across the business
• Analyse audit results and communicate across the business and operations 
• Oversee and liaison the external surveillance audits with the ISO certification body
• Liaise with the Group and local Finance Departments to engender best practices
• Ensure the implementation of Business Management System and Procedures
• Co-ordinate with Business Heads to implement business management system
• Develop and maintain the Business Management System
• Monitor, report and follow-up Business Management System Improvement Actions
• Perform briefings and presentations to staff on Business Management System
• Provide inductions and training to new staff
• Monitor the projects and business processes are compliance to group standards
• Act as the guard of the internal audits conducted by the Group internal audit team and facilitate the corrective actions of the discrepancies raised

Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager.
