Job Description
Job Duties
• Ability to multi-task and be efficient
• Handling in-coming phone calls
• Handle customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices and follow up with customers
• Assist in data entry and document filling
Requirements
• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 year working experience
• Good command of spoken & written English/Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin is preferable
• Proficient in using MS office, especially Excel and Word
• Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
