Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset booking to align company workflow and accounting standard
• Assist in month-end closing
• Prepare reports, reconciliations and schedules
• Ensure the compliance with SOX and Internal control policy
• Assist in system implementation
• Assist in stock take of fixed assets
• Perform other ad hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Professional Accounting qualification (At least student member)
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sizable company
• Experience in AP & procurement
• Experience in accounting/audit firm and trading firm is preferable
• Good knowledge in MS Excel/ Word, Macro / MS Access
• Hands on experience in Flex/ Oracle/ ERP system and system upgrade/ implementation is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Critical thinking skill, able to work independently
• Proactive, energetic, meet deadline, details oriented
