Responsibilities:

• Participate on the entire ERP implementation project including user requirements collection, system/workflow design and development, documentation and testing.
• Work with internal users and different stakeholders on requirements, design and specification
• Support various business system integration from requirements gathering to testing
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support
• Keep track of the data, maintenance, alignment and mapping
• Handle multiple systems to extract data for analytical use
• Participate in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science or Business Study or related disciplines
• At least 5 years business analyst experience in sizable company
• Solid experience in ERP implementation, Oracle EBS is preferable
• Strong knowledge in information system, POS/ERP/Fixed Assets/Inventory systems and best practice work processes
• Sound understanding of accounting workflow
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese Word Processing
