Job Description

We have many boutiques and cake shops in Hong Kong and China.  In order to meet our business development in Hong Kong and China, we have immediate vacancies for following posts:

 

Accountant, Administrative Assistant/Officer and Kitchen Trainee

 

Accountant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting operation activities
  • Support month-end and year-end close process and ensure an efficient audit process
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Develop good and workable business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and business performance 
  • Control and reconcile food and consumable costs, minimize operating expenses
  • Monitor budget and forecast for strategic and operational decisions
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to drive and maximize business performance
  • Prepare presentation on performance analysis, special project and annual budget
  • Perform ad hoc business review as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience
  • Methodical, ethical, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Responsible, self-motivated, result-oriented and a good team player
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast pace and demanding environment
  • Creative thinking with strong business acumen and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office with solid excel worksheet skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English

 

Administrative Assistant/Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative support to kitchen team
  • Oversee office administration related to kitchen and warehouse activities
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
  • Manage stock inventory and order for raw materials, consumable items etc
  • Arrange office/operation equipment maintenance check and ensure annual certificate/license are being renewed
  • Work closely with Procurement Team on purchasing order
  • Arrange annual inspection and certificate renewal for relevant fire system and equipment
  • Remind colleagues to prepare for monthly expenses report
  • Handle ad hoc requests from colleagues

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated, degree holder is an advantage
  • Above 1 year office management experience (warehouse environment is an advantage)
  • Capable of multi tasks, prioritizing, organizing, delegating and achieve work performance without hesitation
  • Excellent teamwork, independent, mature, proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft office including Words, Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work in warehouse environment or kitchen environment
  • Knowledge on technical, mechanical and engineering issue would be an advantage
  • Candidates with strong experience would be considered for the post of Administrative Officer

 

Kitchen Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production, storage and finishing products
  • Learn from team on pastry production and do cleaning with kitchen team

Requirements:

  • No experience is required
  • Good team player, hardworking, self-motivated and proactive
