Responsibilities:

• Perform daily all accounting operation including data entry, voucher entries;
• Confirming collection (wiring) to customers & preparing collection clearing report (wiring) on daily basis;
• Preparing aging report & other related reports for management review;
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules;
• Assist Accountant in performing ad hoc and accounting operation;
• More related experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk. 

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or above with LCC higher qualification;
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• 3-6 years relevant working experience;
• Well-organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities;
• Task-oriented, efficient, cheerful;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel;
• Immediate available & Peachtree knowledge is preferred;
• 5 days work 
• Most experience to be considered as "Senior Accounts Clerk"
