Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoice preparation, vouchers, cheque payments,
• Data and journal entry to Accounting System (MYOB), sales report analysis etc.
• Handle bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transactions
• Assist in month-end closing and audit
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accountancy or related disciplines 
• At least 3 years solid accounting experience
• Proficiency in MYOB and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure 
• Immediately available is preferred
