FocusCore Recruit is a recruitment and executive search firm working with a number of prestigious commercial organisations. We are recruiting an Executive Assistant on behalf of an innovative company that has a global head office in Cyberport, Hong Kong Island.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will be providing support in both business and personal matters. You will manage day-to-day activities including calendar management, business appointments and client meetings. You will arrange complex international travel, correspondence and various other operational and administrative tasks, interacting with colleagues globally. This role will involve international travel of up to three months a year.
