Required Skills:

Successful applicants must have:

• Successful teaching experience for over 5 years with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
• Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents
• Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support  teaching and learning.
• Demonstrated ability to implement whole school administrative processes that flow from outstanding organisational, problem solving and record keeping skills.
• Experience in implementing procedures to monitor and improve student   attendance.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in creating positive relationships with all members of the school community.
• Native English Speaker

The Funful Group of Schools operates five kindergartens, one primary and one secondary school in Hong Kong. While the kindergartens follow the local curriculum, the primary and secondary school offers and adapted English National Curriculum, leading to IGCSE & A-level qualifications.
