Purpose:

• Strengthen the support for Operation and Finance team as a support and service function to our entire company.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales, Sourcing, Operation and Finance team members
• Manage documentation requirements and timely shipping to customers
• Request and follow up on orders with various suppliers
• Data input and report generating, monitor shipment schedule with delivery arrangement
• Prepare purchase order, invoice, delivery note and packing list with follow up customers and suppliers payment
• Follow up inventory control and stock in/out documentation
• Handling enquiries from suppliers

Requirements:

• Hands-on and solid, minimum 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field
• Fluency (verbal / writing) in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Detailed mind, high responsibility
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of using MYOB or Quickbook is an asset but not essential
• Good time management and highly efficient in daily work
• Good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player
