Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration and all HR-related administration duties;
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the office, including handling incoming mails & parcels, ordering stationery & office supplies, travel booking, renovation, company event, follow up office housekeeping and maintenance;
• Assist in ad hoc project assigned.

Job Requirement

• Degree/Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences, with US garments buying office experience is an advantage;
• Good communication skills, self-initiative, independent, detail-minded and able to handle multitasks;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office application and knowledge in MRC is a plus;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
