Job Duties

• Handle incoming phone calls and enquires from customers
• Basic record keeping
• Preparing Contracts
• Maintaining customer files
• Managing day-to-day clerical tasks
• Occasional meeting with clients outside office to collect documents
• Handle clerical work and administrative work

Job requirements

• Form 7, Diploma or HKDSE graduate or above
• Knowledge of basic company secretarial work
• Candidate must be highly organized and systematic
• Fluent Chinese and good written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
• Good communication skills with both English and Chinese
• Pleasant personality, hardworking and able to work under pressure
