• To handle all administrative works for the department
• To source and liaise with vendors for office supplies and marketing materials
• To maintain vendor data base and keep good track of purchase record
• To support all overseas offices for centralizing order and logistic arrangement of all marketing materials

We are looking for

• Higher Diploma in related disciplines or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / trading / retail company, preferably with hands-on experience in supply & logistic
• Detailed, well organized with outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and bale to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Proficient in MS office applications, English and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
