Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to office management, office supplies and maintenance
- Travel arrangement, visa applications and other logistics arrangement for senior management
- Administer the work of office supporting staff
- Company car management
- Coordinate with IT company on office PC support
- Assist in general HR duties such as onboarding process for new hires, staff attendance, posting job ad, staff insurance etc.
- Assist general accounting duties such as expenses reimbursement, bill payment, issuing invoice and managing receivables
- Coordinate & summarize regular reports to the head office
- Monthly head office administration meeting and ensure proper execution of office policies
- Assist in ad hoc projects and provide support to group companies as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in any disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of administration management experience preferable from licensed corporations
- General accounting knowledge is required
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Patience, good communication skill with positive attitude
- Immediate available or short notice preferred
