Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative duties including but not limited to office management, office supplies and maintenance
  • Travel arrangement, visa applications and other logistics arrangement for senior management
  • Administer the work of office supporting staff 
  • Company car management
  • Coordinate with IT company on office PC support
  • Assist in general HR duties such as onboarding process for new hires, staff attendance, posting job ad, staff insurance etc.
  • Assist general accounting duties such as expenses reimbursement, bill payment, issuing invoice and managing receivables
  • Coordinate & summarize regular reports to the head office
  • Monthly head office administration meeting and ensure proper execution of office policies
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and provide support to group companies as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years of administration management experience preferable from licensed corporations
  • General accounting knowledge is required
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Patience, good communication skill with positive attitude
  • Immediate available or short notice preferred
