Job Responsibilities

Handle payroll calculation, MPF administration and employee benefits matters.

Handle entry and leave management, maintain HR database information. 

Arrange recruiting activities including posting and advertising for open job positions, application sorting, scheduling interviews and related things.

Plan and hold activities to strengthen employee relations.

Provide necessary supports to the sales team.

Provide assistance in ad hoc projects if necessary.

Job Requirements

Diploma holder or above.

1-2 years' relevant experience would be a plus.

Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance.

Fluent Mandarin. Good command of Chinese.

Detail-minded with good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibilities, multi-task oriented.

Independent, well organized, good analytical and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.

Have knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be better.

Immediately available is highly preferred.
