Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures to enhance business productivity and effectiveness
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily operations, including SFC regulated activities, to ensure all activities comply with HKSFC and statutory regulations
• Supervise in marketing activities and client servicing
• Provide comprehensive and professional support to our clients
• Handle all kinds of enquiries and complaints, account opening procedures
• Execute Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain good relationship with clients

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary educated
• At least 5 years of experience in dealing or customer services
• Holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) is definitely advantageous
• Priority is given to candidates who have compliance experience
• High level of customer service orientation
• Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded
• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must; proficiency in English is preferred
