Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the on-boarding process for new clients and extends throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship, coordinating client-related activities to ensure that the firm successfully delivers upon the agreed operating and reporting requirements of our clients.
• Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests.
• Assist the Know Your Client and ensure that all client service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it.
• Work closely and leverage on other internal functions such as Investment Management, Operation, Legal & Compliance and Finance to ensure the clients' requirements are met.
• Working closely with the team to develop marketing strategy and program with the respective business.
• Work on marketing programs, campaigns, events and presentation/sales materials
• Support the team in a full range of strategic/tactical advertising, marketing and media programs along with project/product supports

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ sales and marketing experience, preferably gained from financial industry
• Good communication skill in English, and Mandarin, and Cantonese.
