Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying for SFC Type 4/9 License;
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 4/9 regulated activities;
• Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices;

Requirements:

• Current holder or qualified to be SFC Responsible Officer with Type 4 & Type 9;
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance/ Business or related disciplines preferred;
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
