Responsibilities:

1. Perform and execute a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including IPO, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and / or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises;
2. Assist in preparing presentation materials, doing pitch booking and interpreting to clients and investors;
3. Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business and maintaining client relationships.

Requirement:

1. Degree holder or above and / or with additional professional qualifications in Accountancy or Law or Management ;
2. At least 2 years’ relevant working experience on corporate finance activities gained in the investment banking industry;
3. Well experienced on performing and participating IPO projects with solid completed records in the latest one year;
4. Strong DCF modelling skill and can run modelling independently ; 
5. Good knowledge about financial market and corporate finance activities;
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua.
