Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to monitor the site progress.
• Supervise daily construction works and ensure that the workmanship and quality is up to the required standard and in compliance with the working drawings.
• Monitor site progress and implement safety measures.
• Liaise with contractors and site staff to execute the site works.
• Check contractors’ submission, supervise construction related matters and ensure the quality of works.
• Ensure the specification, procedures, schedules and quality controls are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder inConstruction, Civil & Structural, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’experience in foundation projects gained from main contractor.  Experience in Road Works Construction, TTM and UU Diversion is a definite advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Familiar with local practices and route submission procedures.
• Practical experience in supervising site formation and foundation works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft application including Microsoft Project.
• Candidates with less expereince will be consider as Assistant Site Engineer.
